Broadway Dental in Hicksville, NY has been delivering dental care to the Long Island from our Hicksville office, since 1991. We proudly serve the following areas: Levittown, Jericho, Bethpage, Westbury and Plainview.
With one convenient Hicksville location, personal attention is guaranteed at Broadway Dental. We have built an implant practice that satisfies every need, big or small, under one single roof. It's our way of guaranteeing the convenience you want and the quality assurance you deserve.
Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help. Insurance and Financing We accept most traditional PPO insurance plans towards payment. Please see our financial coordinator for details. Our office accepts Cash, Checks, Credit Cards, Care Credit, Lending Club and Greensky Patient Solutions as payment arrangements. We also have up to 12 months interest-free financing and up to 72 months with interest. .
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 72 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
